I have just installed WordPress wp-polls plugin.

Pay attention: you can insert a poll also inside a post. From WordPress control panel, on Post -> Add New. Now click on HTML tab and on the “Poll” button. Then insert the poll ID that you have created before.
If you delete the post that contains the poll, you will not remove the poll from the poll archive.

Wp-polls: un plugin per sondaggi di WordPress

Nota: Si può inserire un sondaggio anche in un post. Dal pannello di controllo di WordPress andare su Posts -> Add New. Andare nella scheda HTML, cliccare sul tasto Poll e inserire l’ID del sondaggio precedentemente creato.
Attenzione: se si cancella il post contenente il sondaggio, non si cancella anche il sondaggio stesso che sarà presente nell’archivio dei sondaggi.
